It provides a safe and inclusive environment that allows participants to thrive. Each NDIS participant is assigned an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who they work closely with to develop specific exercise interventions in a one-on-one setting that will allow them to meet both short- and long- term goals. Participants can complete appointments weekly, fortnightly or monthly. We can guide all appointments or design programs that participants can complete from the comfort of their home or gym. If required, we can also provide home-based sessions along with hydrotherapy-based exercise sessions at the following locations: Ballajura Aquatic Centre (heated pool), Balga Leisure Centre (hydrotherapy pool) and Bayswater Waves (hydrotherapy pool). All our Accredited Exercise Physiologists are trained and experienced in exercise and movement modifications for individuals with disability.
