From the provider: At Right At Home, we are geared to providing people with excellent service where the people we support have the opportunity to direct their service as they see fit. We are able to support the elderly and their families, people living with mental disability or physical disability. We do not charge case management fees to individuals with HCP funding allowing them to utilise their funding in support services as much as possible, or in assistive equipment/technology if they see fit. We have an excellent pool of support staff that have been screened and have the relevant qualifications and training to provide the best possible care. Our management team are fastidious in term of skills and personality matching to each individual under our care. We have excellent communication timing where each call and email will be replied to and answered to within a a couple of hours! Our phones and emails are always attended to by one of our staff members.

A FCA reviews your performance in all areas of daily living around the home, school and community. A FCA report provides detailed information on a person's functional capacity along with the difficulties or limitations they may experience in carrying out every day tasks. A report provides assessment in these areas along with recommendations and strategies to increase your independence. Formal assessments administered by Riverways Of Wellbeing: *Vineland-3 *ADOS-3 *WHODAS 2.0 *Sensory Profile 2 *PEDI-CAT Timeframe: Functional Capacity Assessments can take between 2-3 hours to complete (you or other stakeholders may also be required to complete a Self/Parent/Caregiver/Teacher questionnaire). The report may take between 3-7 hours to complete, depending on the desired outcome required. Riverways Of Wellbeing will then send you and any other requested stakeholders (Local Area Coordinator, Support Coordinator, GP) the report. If you require, our Social Worker can also provide you with ongoing Social Work intervention, therapy, and supports to assist you achieve your goals.
