She works as part of your health care team, gaining advice from physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, occupational therapists, podiatrists and others to ensure exercises are appropriate, safe and help you meet your goals. She is client focused and will work with you to identify your goals and measure progress towards meeting them. She can provide services in various locations including outdoor spaces including the beach or foreshore, her home studio or a gym, depending on your needs. She provides 1:1 sessions or small group sessions. Strength, mobility, cardiovascular fitness, balance and functional training are provided, depending on need.
