We use evidence-informed approaches and maintain a strengths-focused perspective. This means identifying not only the person’s difficulties, but also their abilities, interests, existing supports and opportunities for growth. Referrals are welcomed directly from participants and families, as well as from support coordinators, plan managers, general practitioners, psychiatrists, allied health professionals, schools, community organisations and disability service providers.
