Mindfulness In Movement is a mobile exercise physiology practice that provides targeted exercise therapy and holistic lifestyle strategies to help individuals, families and the community optimise their well-being. We come to you. We pride ourselves on promoting independence by offering adaptive and personalised services. This can include conducting sessions in the comfort of your own home, at gymnasiums, pools, parks and beaches, providing transport to local facilities (where possible), training to support workers and families and ensuring our clients have the appropriate equipment. We also provide all necessary report, letter writing and correspondence to ensure our clients are suitably supported. We love developing genuine and trusting relationships with our clients, and work to promote independence and real, sustainable change by offering personalised treatments unique to each client’s home and local community. We visit homes and community across the Sunshine Coast region from Caloundra to Noosa, including the hinterland.
